I currently manage finances for different projects that are going on, monitoring time-booking by each resource and managing the budgets to ensure that all projects are on track.
Yes, I have developed my communication skills, excel skills, handling finances, commercial management, reporting and time management
I enjoy my program as there is a strong structure and a great community within it where we all help each other.
The program is quite structured with weekly lectures/webinars provided by the university, daily calls with my team and deadlines which are known and in the calendar.
There is a lot of support given by my employer as we have workplace mentors which support and speak to me often. Furthermore, my line manager also supports me within my day-to-day tasks.
My company provides us with study days, similar to annual leave, where we are able to take them off to use them as days dedicated to education and studying around the qualifications.
My having the qualification it sets a goal for myself to strive for better results, furthermore, I also know that by getting the qualification I'm building a strong foundation for myself and helps my productivity.
There are often social events after work which I go to with other colleagues and different events and initiatives that happen through the year. For example, the new opening of our delivery hub in our London office.
