My role at the moment is a student, this involves me on a day-to-day basis going to lectures and studying. It allows me to have a bridge between college and entering the working life.
I would say the course has given me great opportunity to develop my existing skills as well as teach me new ones, especially through the supported sessions to emphasis the importance of these skills.
I absolutely love the programme, it is a lot closer then many other degrees which makes everyone feel like a family, making the transition into university life a lot easier and more enjoyable.
As I've not had placement yet, I wouldn't know how relevant this is for me currently, however from the sessions we've had it is clear how much PwC value the flying starts.
The structure of the programme is excellent, it is clear what we will be doing each year and how this will benefit us on a personal and professional level. There is plenty of support within the degree programme if required.

I feel like it is an excellent company who truly believe in the development of their students.
Be yourself, enjoy all of the processes and be comfortable talking to others in order to make the most out of the application process and in order to showcase your true self to the best of your ability. I would also recommend to look at situations you have been in and to see what you have learnt and how this has developed you as a person. Accounting is a lot more then what people think it is, communication is a massive part of it which make the whole experience enjoyable.
