I do enjoy the programme, since I am in audit, there is a busy season through which there are more challenging moments and at times are tough but there is support throughout and it is such a learning curve!
The course is structured, with exams spread throughout the apprenticeship and not all at once upfront like the graduates which help with the workload as they are challenging. There are different stages of feedback reviews throughout which helps too.
We get assigned a buddy, an apprenticeship coach and a counsellor which all are methods of support.
College is spread throughout, although a lot of our college courses are online (with some in person).
