I really enjoy the programme, it's a very welcoming community at UBS. I am not treated any different to someone who has much more experience to me.

At UBS I feel well looked after, I don't feel like it's just my job, they care about my wellbeing, whilst offering constant opportunities to build on my skills.
Apply with different, relevant skills that are used in todays society. Don't apply with good grades and nothing else, UBS will look into the smaller aspects...
