I had a great apprenticeship with IBM through GK Apprenticeships learning about OAT testing of various systems. I had a very supportive career and apprenticeship mentor and overall i would highly recommend IBM as a company to pursue an apprenticeship with.
I have learned about the various aspects of OAT and system testing as well as about agile vs waterfall software testing.
I have enjoyed my program overall and would recommend to other potential applicants
The program has a fair amount of structure, a slight tweak here or there to lean into more technical skills would be welcome
I recieve a large amount of support from my employer and my colleagues at IBM
I recieved alot of support from my training provider and could always ask questions
It helps me understand my role and put my actions in a wider understand context of software testing
