I enjoyed it very thoroughly I made new friends with my team and every day was something different I loved every second of it my assessor was amazing her name was Tracey I could come to her for anything I enjoyed learning online as apart of my course and developing and evolving in an amazing setting
It was very well structured I liked the face learning was online I did learning in my own time too which massively helped with my success in the program I received help by numerous members of my team manager assessor etc I knew where to find everything and who to come to it was all made clear to me.
I received a ton of support from my employer they were a massive help to me they stood by my side and always helped me with what I needed they helped me to prepare for my assessment too and gave me an hour a week out of work time to do my course online
They were great they always helped with my online course I could contact them if I needed any extra info on anything and helped me to structure my learning the way I wanted it in my learning plan. I passed and that’s because they made it easily accessible to get help
