    • My role is as a Preschool room leader and a Designated Safeguarding Lead. This involves ensuring safeguarding is paramount and the day to day running of the room. It involves managing staff and monitoring children's progress.

    • I have improved on my leadership skills and improved on my confidence when dealing with my room staff.

    • I am enjoying it a lot but I am finding it difficult to keep up with all the off the job hours required. I feel like this a a lot of hours expected.

    • My employer is supportive and where possible gives me opportunities to train and learn new things.
