I'm enjoying the programme, the apprenticeship network in my department is very positive and it's nice to speak to others on the same/similar apprenticeships to me.
I know what I need to be doing and when, I don't have to do much to make sure I get the right content and diary invites to access the programme.
My employer is very supportive - my line manager is very invested in my training and makes sure I have the space for the off the job training.
My skills coach is brilliant and very supportive - making sure I have everything I need and helping if I have issues.
As I work in a finance role, I've found a lot of my learning has applied directly to my work and has enabled me to bring new perspective and expertise to some complex problems at work.
