I am an apprentice in a pub so I do things such as work the bar, take orders, carry food, clear tables, customer service, establishment cleanliness, ensure customer satisfaction.
i have learnt how to talk with customers and ensure that they are comfortable. i have learnt how the tills work and the efficacy of taking food and plates in and out of the kitchen.
i am really enjoying the programme as it is opening my eyes to a new industry.
i believe the programme is well organised as all of the modules sre very well spread across the course and it isn't too overwhelming
my employer is really supportive and all the staff i work with are really open and helpful.
they are extremely helpful and are always there when and if i need any help. no question is ever a stupid question
i believe it will provide me with a stepping stone in order to progress.
