I support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team with their internal communications activity. This includes creating campaign plans, as well as writing, reviewing, and posting content to internal channels such as our intranet (Your Sage) and Yammer.
Yes. I have developed my writing skills, specifically how to make social media posts more engaging. I have also developed my project and time management skills.
I enjoy the program, especially how much the study applies to my day-to-day work.
The apprenticeship study programme is well structured and set out clearly in the 'Learning Zone'.
I am well supported by my line manager, wider team, and employer.
I am well supported by my tutor at the college, who answers emails promptly and gives useful and insightful feedback on my task work. They are also flexible with when I am able to make tutorials and offer extra one-to-one time when I require it.
The qualification is very well suited to my day-to-day duties, especially with regards to internal communications and colleague engagement.
Yes, there are Colleague Success Networks.
Yes
I feel that Sage is very passionate about becoming the best and most successful organisation it can be, both commercially, but also, crucially for me, for its colleagues and communities.
Be patient as the process can be long but it is worth it!
