On a day to day basis, I check in passengers, ensure they’ve got the correct travel documents, answer any questions, board flights etc
I have developed a more confident way of speaking in public as I have to talk to many passengers passing through Heathrow everyday. I’ve also gained more experience in problem solving.
I enjoy the regular workshops and being able to have study days to catch up with work.
It’s very well organised and structured as things are planned months in advance.
We receive a lot of support from the apprenticeship team within BA. They are always there for us to talk to and keep us updated with any news.
