    • I had a rocky start to the apprenticeship however once I got settled I have really enjoyed learning

    • As I said the start was rocky but it did get better with time, my tutor listened to my needs and structured around me

    • My employeer is excellent, my own manager is doing an NVQ and has been very supportive

    • My tutor is there whenever I need her, we do a monthly review/catch up, she provided me with many materials

    • My confidence has grown and my knowledge has improved

    • There is but I am not involved but I meet people from work outside of work socially

    • Yes

    • I have found the company to be very supportive of me, my dad recently passed and I have had a huge amount of support from my manager

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Copart UK?

    • Research the website, be open to changes and be comfortable putting an idea forward
