Yes the course has improved my knowledge and confidence
I had a rocky start to the apprenticeship however once I got settled I have really enjoyed learning
As I said the start was rocky but it did get better with time, my tutor listened to my needs and structured around me
My employeer is excellent, my own manager is doing an NVQ and has been very supportive
My tutor is there whenever I need her, we do a monthly review/catch up, she provided me with many materials
My confidence has grown and my knowledge has improved
There is but I am not involved but I meet people from work outside of work socially
Yes
I have found the company to be very supportive of me, my dad recently passed and I have had a huge amount of support from my manager
Research the website, be open to changes and be comfortable putting an idea forward
