My role involves supporting individuals working in the health care sector to complete their apprenticeship by their end date. This includes completing reviews, meetings and exams,
Yes I have completed my CAVA vocation qualifciation which has helped me be more confident in my role.
I really do enjoy this. It is something I never thought I would have interest in this topic. I genuinely enjoy learning about coaching and different methods etc.
Very organised and structured my learning plan is dated so I know when the expected deadlines are.
A massive amount of support from my coach, not so much from my employer as I have an active case load etc. My coach is very supportive with my learning and understanding of personal circumstance.
All the support I could ever ask for.
This really helps me as I have knowledge now which I can use to support my learners.

Yes
I feel it has helped me develop both professionally and personally.
There is a lot of work involved but it is worth it for the reward in supporting your learners.
