A great deal of support! They really advocate the importance of off the job time and ensure line managers are aware of this and the requirement, but also the benefit to me and the business that my appretniceship brings.
The support from the training provider and organisation could be better. It varies in quality too much from module to module with different lecturers.
A huge amount! Since starting my degree apprenticeship, I've been promoted three times and am now in a senior level role, with a global remit and leading a team that contributes to millions of dollars of revenue.
I am also an apprenticeship ambassador, which I recently started a couple of months ago and will support the business and employees with all things apprenticeships for the next two years.
