  • The checkin process at the airport, boarding flights, customer service desks, lounge and dealing with customer queries

  • I have learnt all the processes and procedures at the airport. I have also developed my communication skills and ability to adapt to different situations

  • I enjoy the challenges that come along with the day to day work, as well as having the opportunity to do my coursework along the side

  • It is organised adequately, as we get off lined and told about it in advanced as well as reminders, however sometimes things are unstructured.

  • I receive lot of support as we have the opportunity to talk to everyone dealing with the apprenticeships at any time as they are always there to help and very helpful!

  • We also get help and advice when stuck with our coursework and can always reach out for help when we get stuck

  • We get workshops which help us within out role such as delivering customer service, and ones that remind us of what we have already learnt prebiy
