I am a show room customer advisor and my job includes working deliveries, replenishing tock and ensuring accurate date base stock.
I have learnt about the company's policies and procedures in depth and widened my knowledge of the store.
I enjoyed the program and I'm exited to progress more.
Its fairly easy to navigate although i find that the new system will work better
Were given time to complete the tasks although it gets hard when its busy
My trainer Louise is amazing. She encouraged me through out and supported me when I struggled
I think it would benefit all colleges to complete. It widens your knowledge of the company and products and allows you to learn things a customer advisor wouldn't normally do.
Not exactly. The company tries to arrange nights out but it never happens.
