Working as a deputy nursery manager. Managing a nursery, liaising with parents, safeguarding children and overseeing the team who are preparing uniquely tailored activities for the children and I am also a room leader of a preschool so working as a role model.
I developed better people skills and emotional intelligence and learnt a lot about managing and leadership.
I enjoy it a lot and my tutors are great.
It is well organised, however, my work is not able to give me any time to do my study work at work at all.
I wish to get more time to work on my study papers at work but its not possible at all due to staffing issues.
I am getting all the support
I think it is teaching me a lot everyday and helps me to do my role better.
No.
Yes
They are fine, however, in my situation, I am not happy with how they are handling our move to a new provider.
Make sure what ever role they accept and responsibilities they are paid well enough for them.,.
