I am apart of the sales team so my main goal is to attract customers in to spend with us and keep existing customers keep spending with us. Not only this but i would serve on the counter and book goods in too.
I have developed my confidence as when i first started i would consider myself a very shy person. Now, i feel i am able to talk to anyone including customers about anything.
I've really enjoyed the programme where we would have video chat calls with everyone in the same apprenticeship as myself so you know you can go talk to someone if you had any questions. Also enjoyed my job what i do also.
I fell it was very well structured with the layout of what task we had to do and the fact each task was marked and gave us feedback. I really like having feedback as i listen to it a lot so it was really helpful.
I have received a lot of support and understanding about my programme as well as going my job on a day to day basis, i would have time during the day to do the tasks that i had to do set by the apprenticeship team.
A lot, i would have catch up calls with my trainer and then on top of that i would be invited to like a teams meating call where we would discuss different topics around the job role which would help us complete our tasks what we had been set to do.
I feel it has helped me a lot with understanding the actual products and what i am actually selling, not only this but it has taught me skills on the different ways that we can sell depending on the customer. This has helped me improve a lot for my day to day role.
Not so much as my branch but as a company there is loads to get in on which is mostly charity based events. Saying this, i have volunteered to be the charity champion for this branch to come up with ideas for fundraising events. I am in the process of discussing this with other people in Keyline.
Yes
It is a great place to work where everyone feels like a friend and we just come to work, help each other and get the job done to go home safley. It also has a great life- work balance which i like too as it resents your mind to work better at work.
Just to enjoy the process and take the leap. At first when i joined i was scared because i was way out of my comfort zone but themn i overcame this
