each morning I attend a scrum planning meeting where the team discusses progress on work and work for the day is assigned. Afterwards I go about doing my work and if there is a collaborate session then I attend it.
I have developed my programming skills and become more proficient at using Java and I have also learnt how to use tools for collaboration.
It has been a very enjoyable program as I have been giving help and guidance wherever I needed some
the programme is organised however the constant rotation does make it hard to feel committed to a team as we are rotated out of team too quickly for us to contribute to the long term development of a project
I receive a lot of support from my employer and my colleagues
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider
my training from university teachings me fundamental principles of development that are used often at my workplace without much explanation so having them explained by my tutors is very helpful
there are many extra curricular activities to get involved in
Yes
the company gives a lot of support to both apprentices and graduates
do not be afraid to ask questions and ask for support as there is a lot to learn and there are a lot of people in BT willing to lend you a hand
