  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role consists of three different placements. I’m currently on my second rotation. So far I have done Cabin Interior Design and Robotic Process Automation. In this role I complete various business analysis tasks, liaising with employees about processes we want to take forward in the business. These could be to do with making new apps, reforming processes and completing flows.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe it is fairly organised, we are given clear deadlines by our training provider and know what is expected of me. I have the support of my ADC as well as my British Airways line manager and placement manager. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think it gives me a sense of direction and something to work towards. It also splits my work life into training and actual work. For this reason I feel like I can get a good balance and the switch between the two is always enjoyable. It encourages me to learn new skills.
