My role is to help with the day to day running of the practice whilst also picking up integral skills and information about the medical procedures and things which we do in general practice as a nurse to help our patients.
I have definitely improved on my communication skills and confidence when talking to people.
I am really enjoying this programme so far it gives me the right amount of practical together with theory.
So far the programme seems very well structured and the tutors seem to know when we will be needing to be moving onto the next topic.
I receive a lot of support from my employer they are definitely behind me and my colleagues are definitely there to help too.
I receive a lot of training from all aspects of my training especially my training provider who provide me with the knowledge as well as practical skills.
I believe learning from the basics through to the further in-depth skills it is helping me to progress further with a deeper knowledge of even the most simple tasks.
We do have lots of events/training and days out at my workplace which I believe helps to relieve the stress
Yes
I have worked at this company for 3 years and although the job can be tough it is a lovely place to work.
