Friendly culture and nice team, work life balance is definitely great in this industry against other firms
Audit technical skills and communication skills, learned to confidently express myself professionally
The programme is very structured although requires a lot of effort to balance work and study , overall very rewarding so far
Very structured
Study leave support, BPP classes, work related trainings - although would like to see more learning platforms offered in the firm such as Coursera or Udemy access
BPP offers a good standard of ACA training in all modules
Very helpful
Outreach activities, CSR days, work socials etc
Yes
Great firm to jump start a career in finance with plenty of support and good work life balance, in audit
Express yourself confidently, do not shy away from opportunities and meanwhile, be empathetic to others, learn to listen to others' ideas
