My role is an apprentice software developer. My day to day involves working on the company's contracts learning and developing my skills and knowledge as I go. I also attend college once per week
Yes I have learnt a pile of new skills with Fujitsu and also developed my current skills further.
I really enjoy my programme everyday is a learning day i'm always learning new things and constantly upskilling
The programme is very well structured. Over the course of the 3 years we will develop alot of knowledge.
I receive lots of support from my employer. My manager is really helpful in any situations and the team members are really friendly and welcoming
My training provider is also very supportive they offer lots of help and 1v1
My qualifications benefit the roll very well as they go hand in hand and both develop my skills
Yes they are a few fundraisers within the company for charity an also christmas events
Yes
Fujitsu is a great place to work the staff is really friendly and everyone is helpful
