Quality defects/ issues reported from our customer come into myself. I diagnose the issues and determine route cause to then begin quality investigations to stop the quality defect re-occurring. This includes updating designs and processes or even supplier issues with defected parts.
I have learnt and developed many skills from the start of my apprenticeship to now. These include quality skills, general manufacturing skills and more.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprentice program. except some of the difficulties and urgency with the college group WCG. There is a lack of organisation and structure with college group which has led to delays in the development of my NVQ and EPA.
Within work itself there is a good structure and organisation. difficulties and urgency with the college group WCG. There is a lack of organisation and structure with college group which has led to delays in the development of my NVQ and EPA.
My employer gives me good support
The training provider WCG has been below average and rather poor. There is a lack of consistency and support on various different occasions especially towards the end of the program with the NVQ and EPA
I feel like the qualifications i have learnt have been very useful and helps me perform better in my role.
Yes there is this opportunity, there is even a team dedicated to helping out the environment and local communities.
Yes
Cummins has taught me a lot and really helped me develop myself as a character both in and out of my role at work. I feel it is a very good apprenticeship program and would highly recommend.
Be confident, it is a positive program that i would reccomend.
