Facilitating training in a project
yes, change management, stakeholder analysis, how to create a business case. proposals, the creation of ppts, exposure to the wider project
the programme has been difficult outside of a project environment
the structure provided has been good in terms of communication, planned meetings, next steps etc but this wasnt the way when i initially joined. the first tutor had an unmanageable work load so i didnt see/meet him for a few months
more than enough - both managers i have had through the duration of this call have been outstanding i their support and expertise
again my current tutor is brilliant - hes very honest and matter of fact - not being generic in feedback very specific - lets you know if he thinks you can do better - he set realistic work and was able to provide good links to find info to upskill.
when i first started the course i wasn't in a project role and found this course extremely difficult as couldn't apply it - once i moved in the project role it all clicked in to place. i do think there should be restrictions applied as this does hinder the learner

Yes
brilliant company to work for, real community spirit internally - good benefits
be prepared to work hard, be prepared to upskill yourself - you get out what you put in
