As a Credit Control Leader, my role involves managing and monitoring the credit control process, analysing data, and ensuring timely debt recovery. On a day-to-day basis, I oversee the team's operations, review customer accounts, manage collections, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
This is the beginning of my accountancy apprenticeship and currently learning the fundamentals of Financial Accounting
Currently attending weekly lecturers which has recently changed and brought a more positive experience than before them with self study
Turbulent during the first few months as communication was poor but seems to have settled more recently, however todays call was delayed by over 1 hour
Allowance for 20% of hours to be spent on the job training
This has increased recently to weekly lecturers
Foundations being learnt currently directly help increasing knowledge within my role in Finance
