I am currently a Team Manager in HR looking after a team of HR professionals
I have developed my skills in thinking more broadly about my role as a people professional and developing my skills
I am loving the programme and putting what I have learned about CIPD level 5 HR in practice
The programme is well structured with a blend of classroom and online sessions. This is supported by a HR coach who supports you with your programme
I have been very well supported by my employer in terms of having access to the apprenticeship. I am also given the required amount of hours to complete my off the job training from my very supportive line manager.
The support from my training provider has been good
Having been in HR for ten years, this CIPD qualification will enhance my existing knowledge and secure my future career aspirations
