    • i am doing a Project management course and it has really helped me with my progression and within my previous role.

    • i enjoy the flexibility of the program and that im able to do this along side my job

    • had a few issues with getting a skills coach for a while but everything is going fine now. structure is good and the sessions are booked in advance

    • i receive a lot of support from my line manager, they give me the time to complete my apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • they book in regular sessions and keep me up to date with what is going on. very clear at the start regarding what the course would involve.

    • gives me the knowledge so i can use it within my current role. Gave me the skills to gain my new role
