My role is regarding to food safety and production food health and safety. Making sure activities comply with the legal requirements, company policy. And Make sure all actions meet the standards.

Yes I have. I have learnt management and leadership skill. How to communicate and understand the team. What leadership methods should use to deal with situation happen.
