  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The program helps me learn at my own pace and in my own style. Easily set out into modules that are easy to navigate through fleet tasks at a comfortable speed. Along with my coach, if I ever get stuck, I can easily just drop him a message and reply, the next convenient time in order for me to progress.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the online platform is user friendly set out and modules by subject, which is great for learning at your own pace and any different learning styles. The regular chickens with your learning coach help to keep you on track and again will help you with any subjects you’re stuck on or just give you a little nudge when things become stale and you struggle to move forward

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I think more can be done to support learners, especially when it comes to off the job hours and hours within your week, especially as I was a quite tight. It would be nice even just for five hours a week to be assigned to each pub with a learner in order for them to really sit down and learn and not cram it all in and they’re off time. However, saying that Marstons as a company really want you to progress and invest a lot of time and money into individuals.

  • Lifetime Trainer and have been great set aside learning days where we all get together remotely. The calls that happen once a month and just help you stay on track with your modules and boost your knowledge. My coach is always there if I need her and is always supportive and understanding when things happen at work and always tries to find a way to navigate and overcome obstacles with me.
