I do check in for an airline in a customer service role meaning no two days are the same when working with the public.
My communication skills have definitely developed and confidence, how to work under pressure. I have also learnt a lot about time management and how important it is.
I really enjoy my program with British airways they have amazing support for you and I am so glad I decided to do an apprenticeship.
Very well we have two study days a month including a 1-1 with our coach to make sure we are on track.
A lot of support is offered from all around, I always feel like I can go to someone when I need to.
We get 1-1 with them every month but can also email them when ever in need of help.
Talking about past experiences and what I could do better and what I would do next time if in the same situation.
We can go to different schools to talk about the apprenticeship schemes and also take part in different events for our charity flying start.
