I liaise with Sub-contractors on a daily basis. Involvement with tendering and procurement of work and materials. Insure the prompt payment to Sub-contractors. Site remeasures and valuations.
Skills in relevant software such as BIM360. Interpersonal skills. Communication skills. Analytical thinking skills.
Very friendly and welcoming environment. Ability to do block release and experience level of independence. Very structured and Cleary. Lots of support available if needed.
Very structured program. Bam has many year groups of apprentices so are very experienced in supporting people through their studies and quilifications.
Support is always available when needed by everyone
Average level of support. Do not hear much from them when i am in the workplace.
Helps me learn parts of the industry that is external from my job role but still important. I feel i learn a lot more job specific things in the workplace.
Yes, i am part of sports and social club where we get invited to many events through the year. I am also part of FutureBam where i have had many exiting opportunities including going to the London and even the Netherlands.

Gain work experience; as a minimum reach out and get yourself on a site for a week. This will not only register your interest on show your proactive but also give yourself insight to the company and the role.
