My role is front of house. This entails, serving food, making desserts and pot wash.
I have developed my initiative, communication, problem solving and teamwork.
I can be hard work at times but I enjoy learning new things about hospitality, I’m and off the job.
I meet with my Learning coach every four weeks to discuss my previous work. It’s helpful as I can ask any questions.
If I need any help I feel comfortable asking my employer and know I will get a knowledge, helpful answer.
I can contact my training provider when I need and he makes sure I am on track.
I feel more knowledgeable when I’m working, therefore feel more comfortable taking more of a lead in certain situations to the best of my abilities.
