Managing a data and systems team to produce informed reports for the unit for decision making.
Yes learnt new management skills along with transformation skills. This has helped with project management and managing people on those projects. Also learnt important analytical skills that are used in my role.
Really enjoy it and has helped improve my confidence with managing a team. It has given me new skills to improve my performance. I have really enjoyed being in class and meeting like minded professionals.
The programme is very well organised and easy to navigate with the app and moodle platform. It is very structured in terms of the units and assessments and fits in well with my working life.
My employer is very supportive and attends all my reviews and have a meeting once a week to track progress on my programme.
I receive constant support from my provider. If I call or email it is always andwered amd from the frequent reviews I feel looked after and supported constantly through my programme.
It helps me perform very well as it has given me great confidence and new skills to perform my role better. What I have learnt is shown how I can relate the learning to my role.
I am part of the charity team and go on frequent socials with work. I also go to many networking events and data seminars.
