I am in charge of organising internal emails, social media and helping my managers with the internal and external parts of marketing.
I have learnt time management and how to work within a team.
I enjoy the opportunity that my role gives me to learn as I am able to do a lot of different roles which require a lot of different types of knowledge and skill.
Very well organised, I am able to plan it efficiently.
As the team I work in has multiple Mental Health First Aiders, I feel supported whether it is to do with work or anything happening outside it.
I am given the resources and knowledge to succeed.
It informs decisions that I make and techniques that I use.
Whilst nothing is offered as a part of the role in this type of way, we are encouraged to pursue hobbies with a healthy work-life balance.
