Working stock and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store through removing cardboard. Managing teams on deliveries as well as working with inventory control
I am constantly improving existing skills but new skills are hard to obtain due to barriers
Overall I really enjoy my programme there is a lot of support available to me however sometimes my apprenticeship takes a back seat sometimes
As previously stated my apprenticeship sometimes takes a back seat to suite the needs of the store but I could be more active in seeking support
I have a much deeper knowledge than if I just progressed through the store
At Aldi on the whole there are but within my store there isn’t really much activity
Yes
If you are capable of working hard then it is a rewarding job with good benefits
Be prepared for a heavy work load the job isn’t easy and can be taxing but overall it’s a great company to work for
