Day-to-day I will do anything from stock the shelves to date checking a bit of stock management and cash handling safe
Yes Aldi had helped me with my leadership skills and how to manage my time better
I enjoy it a lot no days the same in Aldi
It is structured very well I always know what I’m doing and what to expect next
I always get support from my fellow colleagues who will always help with any needs
The provider is always helpful if I need help I can send an email or give them a call and they always get back to me
The qualification has helped me to perform better and how to act more managerial
There is a tough-mudder coming up soon which if any colleagues want to compete for charity we can do so

I think Aldi is a very great and diverse company to work for they are always helpful and supportive and can work around any needs
