1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a project manager, I manage internal projects focusing on business improvement. My responsibility is to lead on projects in this area, and ensure that tasks are carried out

Yes, I have learnt new skills in terms of the way in which we run projects, and putting together project plans

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying elements of the programme, but some of it I find are not as relevant to me

It was quite structured in the first stages when we had workshops, but now it is left to us to keep going with it

I am given the time to take the course

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get the support as and when I ask for it. The tutor has just changed over so there has been a little bit of a gap between the two, bu nothing too bad

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am not sure it does. I don't feel that this particular qualification is as relevant as some other qualifications

Nothing structured that I am involved with, but we do arrange our own social events

There are lots of opportunities within the group, and they are always supportive in additional learning and investing in their employees

I would suggest looking at the roles to see what is available and speak to people in similar roles if possible
