Practice and Performance Manager for Secured Services dealing with the reporting and administrative function for the service
Working through each module has allowed me to develop my skills as a leader and put that into practice in my workplace
The programme is challenging, and sometimes difficult to fit around work and family commitments but I enjoy spending time with my peers in similar roles and share advice and experiences
The programme has been well organised. There has been some tutor sickness which did impact on one unit but the Uni were quick to put contingency plans in place so our learning would not be affected.
My employer is very supportive with allowing the 20% off the job time and giving advice and guidance for assignments. I also feel well supported in my role to improve as a leader.
Support is always there if you need it.
The qualification has given me the knowledge to improve my skills and behaviours and become a better leader.
