Leadership and branch management.
Wider knowledge of external and internal financial infrastructure and improved confidence around whole of role.
I am more aware of knowledge around leadership. Initially it was stressful and the way the program was led was not user friendly.
Now it is much better but overall based on initial 9 months of programme it could have set out better with clearer objectives and an example of what the programme entails.
Excellent support and time.
Tutor currently is supportive.
It helps in current role, but would be good to get support in achieving future roles
Mentoring and leading change
Yes
Excellent organisation going through tremendous change to continually improve. Not static and aligns with external market
Seek mentors and support if you wish to further your career
