I assist colleagues with a variety of technical and administrative tasks as well as leading small projects.

My technical, numerical, and written communication have all greatly improved, as has all aspects of my commercial knowledge.

Very much so - I greatly enjoy the team atmosphere as well as the type and variety of instructions available to work on.

Well structured - my company has a great deal of infrastructure around the Graduate / Apprenticeship schemes.

My employer is very supportive both in my academic and workplace development.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider provides support through regular catch-ups with a dedicated Outcomes Officer, as well as open forums with other students / lecturers.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The technical and commercial aspects covered as part of the course provide a foundation for the real-world tasks expected of a surveyor.

My workplace offers a great variety of extracurricular activities, including sports teams, networking events, team outings, etc.
