My role with in CCF ltd is to complete deliveries to customers in a safe manner. I plan the the best route to take being the most efficient. From time to time I also assist in the warehouse which involves loading and unloading vehicles of suppliers and are own drivers.
Since being part of CCF ltd, I have completed my aisle master training help me to assist in the warehouse. I have also completed my MOFFAT training with will enable me to drive the MOFFAT once I have completed my CAT C driving driving licence which I am doing as part of an apprenticeship with the business.
I am enjoying the knowledge I am taking from doing the apprenticeship and the subsequent masterclasses, I am also looking forward to gaining my CAT C licence enabling me to develop my career within the business further. Was an enjoyable experience doing my revision for my MODS test to which covered a range of topics.
My programme seems to be well structured, everything is communicated thoroughly through out the entirety of the programme. Also test are all booked for you making for a smooth process when completing these. Plenty of advanced warning is given to the next stage of the process, giving you the adequate time to prepare.
The support from my employer has been great though out, they have given my the time i need to completed every step of the programme. They have also offer me the support and facilitates to help me acheve my objectives, whether this will be shadowing and driver to materials for a better knowledge.
My training provider has provide me any materials I have needed to to help me process though the entirety of the course, this has included the subscription to DTS anytime which has also the learning material to assist with passing the MODS test, they have also booked any tests I need to complete for me.
The qualification has developed my skills through out using masterclasses, which has helped me have an enhanced knowledge of a variety of driving related topics. It will also increase the versatility within the business by passing my CAT C licence thus enabeling my the drive a broader range of vehicles within the business.

Yes I would as it's a friendly environment to work in and everybody is friendly with each other, also the perks you receive from the business is great incentive. There is also many opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge helping you to develop you career. Everybody works as a team.
Always be willing to learn and adapt to the needs of the business making you more versatile within the business.
