I will be starting a new role from Monday however my current role involves developing new propositions, working with various stakeholders across the business and bringing them together to deliver the strategic goals. Conducting market research and presenting new ideas to senior stakeholders
The apprentriceship has helped me secure a senior manager role. I have learnt a lot in terms of leadership styles and managing financial resources. I will be delivering a new change framework and working closely with platform teams to ensure we utilise our investment budget to deliver the strategic initiatives
I had the opportunity to meet people from different walks of life, different organisations that I wouldn't have normally engaged with. Developed my confidence and appreciated teh value of having a study group and working together as a team. For 2.5 years my MBA cohort motivated each other
The programme is very well structured and the tutors are top class
My line managers and the head of the department were incredibly supported. they understood the value of the programme and the impact on my development
We have a tutor who we can communicate with through an online portal. I think there is room for improvement here as we don't have any human intercation once the course is delivered
I believe it had contributed immensely in my development and has enabled me to progress further in my career. I would advise anybody who is serious about developing themselves to pursue an MBA
