My role is sales support involves supporting sales functions. We do this by using vendor portals and sales Logix to find quotes. We then put them into excel sheets and send them to customers.
Skills I have developed whilst working is communication. This is because I had to often reach out to my mangers and apprentices that had been here for longer for support when I didn't understand certain topics.
I enjoy my programme moderately as I learn new skills and get a insight into day to day working life. As well as this I feel as though I am supported by other team members.
It is organised quite well however I have had some overlaps of meetings times but I talked to the manger and they told me what meeting I should attend
I receive a good amount of support from employers as I can ask for help in any area that I am struggling and will receive it.
I have just started my qualification so I cant expand on it. But I have received team meeting which briefed me on what I need to do to achieve my qualification.
Although I have been here for short time I feel as though the qualification gives me another perspective on the role and helps me develop certain skills.
