  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme- it offers me something different with every assignment and I do enjoy some of the assignments I'm asked to complete. I enjoy the course as it's super relevant to my job role, and all the skills i learn I can directly apply to my job role with my job role being so mixed, we've touched base on pretty much everything I do day-to-day.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel as thought the programme is well structured- however I do think some areas could be better suited to those with different learning styles. For example the 'writing retreat' we have on day 2 of our classroom days I find to be really useless, it doesn't help me get work done I just find myself super distracted.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. My boss has always been very supportive of my Uni and Uni work, I'm always helped in work and they give me plenty of time to complete my assignments in my work time to avoid me being stressed at home.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training providers have given a good amount of support. I don't accept as much support as I maybe should as I always try to figure things out on my own, but I am aware there is alot of support available and I am consistently offered it when I express I'm struggling.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I do feel as thought my performance has improved massively. I think the qualification has given me more confidence in work as I know I'm being trained to degree level so almost have more confidence in the decisions and suggestions and use this to create work I'm confident to present.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I don't really get involved in any extra-curricular at work- we are only a small business and these type of activties are not something the company is really overall involved with. I do however occasionally attend exhibitons and this is a great way to network and meet our customers.
