Customer Services solving order queries from customers, working collaboratively with the sales department to find the best resolution for customers
I have learnt new skills, such as working together as a team, forming new ideas, communicating effectively with others, developing my confidence with tricky challenges I may come across.
I enjoy my programme to a very high extent
