  • Since starting in 2022 I have thoroughly enjoyed my program, through my incredible, dedicated team and the amazing experiences and opportunities have received.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • L'Oreal structure for PR and Comms apprentices has been great, I have a incredibly supportive team, who have guided me through the past two years. In addition, to my incredible apprentice advisor guiding me through the work/study balance of the program.

  • I receive an incredible amount of support across L'Oréal and my internal team in terms of my career progress and personal goals.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The University Of Kent are brilliant at ensuring the students are well equip for the exams. L'Oréal also provide study days to reduce any overwhelming feeling.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The Chartered Business Management degree is the perfect fit for my role in PR & Communications, with modules in strategic marketing, but also operations and process management to help guide me in the full L'Oreal operations.

  • Yes! There are constant funded and non-funded activities to take part in. From GenZ events, to internal team events.

  • Yes

  • L'Oreal has supported me in the last 2 years of my education & career progression incredibly. My team are brilliant and it has been an amazing experience.

  • Ensure you have done wider reading on the role your applying for & the company in general. Ensure that this is the company that you want to work for and the degree/lifestyle suits you!
