I enjoy my programme, you are given a lot responsibility and you interact with senior leaders in the finance team and have a good network to lean on for support.
It is organised, you have a buddy at the start along with staff manager who is there throughout your programme. You also have a point of contact if we have any issues with regards to our training provider.
You receive a lot of support in the form of generous study leave and sufficient materials and you have a large network of finance grads to get help from.
Kaplan are an established organisation and are very good with regards in not only support towards my CIMA qualification, but also completing my coursework with the regular calls we have with our dedicated coach.
Kaplan provides the relevant accounting information to help me perform in my role. It's combination of theory and real world application based approach is perfect as I navigate my role.
We have many socials in our team on a monthly basis, wider finance tend to do larger socials and the grad community holds quarterly ones.
