I visit customers to ensure stock levels and resolve any issues, creating relationships
I’ve learnt resilience and problem solving
I can feel my knowledge increasing and have really enjoyed gaining insight to the inner workings of the business world
Very well organised, I feel very well informed about upcoming events and assignments
I’ve had issues with managers being off/moving role and found there wasn’t a great contingency plan for that happening
Quite a lot, my tutors have always had good feedback and ideas of solutions I could implement
I find it quite easy to implement the knowledge they give us to my job
Not many, I am involved in the inclusivity program but I’m not aware of any recreational societies
