    • I do not get a lot of support from my employer. I do have some team leader that will help if they have time.

    • I got a lot of support from my trainer

    • I feel ever comfortable with what I done and help from my trainer to get to the end qualification.

    • There is some team activity to help to complete the activities that need to team for help.

    • Because they do not give you the support you though out the apprenticeship, with the task that are needed and

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread?

    • Think hard before doing it. As it you don’t have the support from your management team before doing it.
